Building this portfolio of collected artifacts demonstrates the growth I've made as an instructional leader over the course of my two years at Drake University. Using the NELP standards has focused my efforts to make meaningful progress as an individual and within my school district. These efforts provided me with real-world application of high-quality leadership strategies, system-thinking, and continuous improvement at all levels of the educational system I serve.
