About Hunter Flesch

I began my career teaching middle school science in Des Moines, Iowa where I developed inquiry-based and self-paced units, served as a mentor teacher, and differentiated to meet student needs. Now as an administrator I help shape systems and coach educators to meet the unique needs of all students.

 

I am a passionate systems-thinker, lead-learner, and solution-oriented educator. My goal is to help educators navigate their systems' challenges so they can focus on the "right" work.
